There have been changes in the processing of Social Welfare Certificates. Whilst the initial IB1 application process (1st certificate) is still a paper process which you need to complete, any subsequent certificates can be processed online by your GP. The benefit of this is that it avoids delays in payment for you. Please use this form to request a Repeat Social Welfare/Private Work Cert. Please note that you must have been seen by a GP prior to any certs being issued.
